MISCONDUCT REPORTS

Here are some helpful hints regarding the use and submission of the NMCSL misconduct report:

  1. If a referee displays a yellow or red card, each incident must be captured on the game report. The referee must then deposit the game report in the referee mailbox (located on the fence near Field 4).
  2. Any disqualification must also be reported to the CSA VP of Referees at vpreferees@colleyvillesoccer.net
  3. Each ejection of a coach or parent in violation of the CSA Zero Tolerance Policy must be reported to the CSA VP of referees at vpreferees@colleyvillesoccer.net
  4. It is recommended to print blank copies of the NMCSL Misconduct Report to carry with you. It is important to record all relevant information as soon as possible after the incident
  5. Both CSA and NTSSA have adopted the Zero Tolerance Policy toward referees.
