Spirit Wear Orders

We do spirit wear orders in batches several times per year.  You can order at any time - we send one batch to our vendor and it's filled in 2-3 weeks, usually.  We deliver through your team manager or will send you pick up information.

This is a PDF form you can fill out and send in.  Photos & prices for shirts, hoodies, hats, blankets, water bottles, bumper stickers, and more!

The preferred method to order is to fill out the PDF form on your computer, save the file and email it back to us (EvoSpiritWear@colleyvillesoccer.net).  We can process those forms automatically, so please use that method if you can.

You may also print out the form and fill it out by hand.  Scan and email, or turn it in to Mark or Tommy at the practice fields.

The preferred method for payment is by cash or check, otherwise we will have to invoice you from QuickBooks. We accept cash or checks payable to "Colleyville Soccer Association" and mailed c/o Tommy at 8913 Thornmeadow Ct, NRH TX 76182.
