Our Coaches' meeting for the fall season will be Saturday, February 3rd from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Crown of Life Lutheran Church.  This is located at 6605 Pleasant Run Rd, Colleyville, between the CSA game and practice fields.  Doors will open at 8:00 AM.

The meeting will be held in the cafeteria this season as the events center is already booked.

The benefits of attending this meeting are:

• Getting important information and dates (schedules / bracketing, etc) regarding the Spring 2024 soccer season

• Requesting practice field assignments for the Spring 2024 season - note that this information will only be shared during the Coaches' meeting and thus attending is imperative

• Meeting the Board that will support you throughout the season

•  Receiving valuable information on Coaches training and resources that are available to you

• Please mark your calendars to plan to attend this important meeting.  If you are unable to attend, please ensure an assistant Coach or team representative is available to attend in your place for all the above reasons.

• A couple of other things to note:

• Please do not start contacting players until after the Coaches' meeting...  Rosters are still fluid and WILL CHANGE before they are final.

• Practices may officially begin immediately following the Coaches' meeting.

• The CSA Weekend at Dicks Sporting Goods is Feburary 3-5 and anyone who brings the CSA coupon (check website or X/Twitter) will receive a 20% discount on nearly all merchandise (some exclusions apply).  Only in-store purchases are eligible this season as the online discount is no longer an option.  Please share this information with your players / parents when you contact them.

•  Late registration is open on a case by case basis for 4U-14U and will be open for a couple of weeks.  AGCs will communicate with Coaches where we will be able to offer an incentive to recruit players to join the team.  In other cases, we are only able to place late registrants on teams where there is an open roster spot.
